Utilizing a series of Healing Through Creativity books, the author/therapist runs a 12-week workshop which incorporates different modalities to facilitate workshop participants in living more productive and harmonious lives.The group members will experience meditation,inner-child,art, and cognitive, therapies to help facilitate change in their lives.The only requirement is the willingness to change. Mindfulness is one of the best ways to use meditation for stress and anxiety relief. Think of it as giving yourself permission to slow own, connect and take a break from worry.
